Okada Intelligence corporation focuses on the design, development and production of CNC core component units as well as the manufacture of precision tool magazines, precision spindles, and precision rotary tables.
A total of $230 million was invested to build our 125,000 square meter factory. We provide professional R&D for the manufacture of Servo Disc Type, Inverter Disc Type, Large Servo Chain Type, Various Hydraulic Chain Type, Servo Flat Type, Vertical Lathe Type, and Non-Standard Customized tool magazines. We produce 75 thousand units of tool magazines yearly, achieving annual sales of $203 million.
We have the highest industry technical standards, with simple structure, convenient installation, quick tool changing, the longest life requirements, the most precise equipment processing, and the strictest inspection mechanisms; all to ensure that Okada has the highest quality and reliability.
We continually strive to develop sustainable technologies. At Okada, out of the 1260 employees, R&D accounts for 20% of our personnel. In addition we have a perfect whole process independent design, R&D capabilities, inspection and testing capabilities, product manufacturing capabilities and have a strict quality assurance system to maintain core parts processing at the highest quality standards for our tool magazine products. This has allowed us to obtain leadership status, both domestically and internationally, in quality for the industry.
Additionally, we have a Gantry Machining Center, Horizontal Machining Center, Slant Bed CNC Lathe, and more than 600 sets of high-precision machining equipment.
The operation has five core production divisions which include: a tool magazine, rotary table, spindle, machine processing, injection molding. Everything is supported by an Intelligent warehousing logistics center, a quality control center and a first-class sales and CS team. Our has whole industrial chain systems which have allowed us to keep 75% of core components manufactured in-house.
